During any in-app conversation, choose to reveal your company identity to that specific person. The reveal is one-way and per-conversation — you stay anonymous to everyone else.
To protect identity, anonymous posters can only be contacted via in-app messaging. WhatsApp and email contact options are hidden until you choose to reveal yourself.
